Founded by professionals with over 20+ years of experience in the events and five-star hospitality industry, QGee brings precision, discretion, and a deep understanding of guest experience to every project. Upasna Ahhlawat
Co-founder
Upasna's career spans over two decades across luxury hospitality and aviation — shaped by some of the most service-obsessed names in the industry, including The Oberoi, Taj, ITC and Hyatt. That grounding in five-star standards is the lens she brings to every QGee event and gift.
As Co-Founder, Upasna leads client experience, design, planning, curation and gifting. She is the instinct behind how a QGee event looks, flows and feels — and behind gifting that is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented.
Gaurrav Bahl
Co-founder
Gaurrav brings a decade of experience in business leadership, operations and commercial strategy. He has led large-scale assets and teams, overseeing everything from project and event management to vendor coordination, budgeting and brand repositioning.
As Co-Founder, Gaurrav leads operations, marketing and the commercial side of QGee. He is the discipline behind how an event or gifting programme is scoped, costed and delivered — turning ambitious briefs into structured plans, tight timelines and flawless execution.
